Led by a committed committee of volunteers, our organisation is structured to serve every member of the Rwandan community in Victoria with care and professionalism.
Leads the organisation, chairs meetings, and represents the community at official engagements.
Supports the President and leads all cultural programmes, traditions, and language initiatives.
Manages correspondence, records minutes, and keeps the community organised.
Oversees finances, budgeting, and ensures transparent use of community funds.
Manages communications, media presence, and external partnerships.
Drives community growth, fundraising, and strategic development.
Plans and coordinates all community events including Umuganura and Kwibuka.
A body of experienced community elders and advisors who provide strategic guidance, institutional wisdom, and counsel to the committee. Their experience is the foundation on which we build.

We assist members in obtaining and renewing their Rwandan National Identity Card (Irangamuntu). Our volunteers guide you through the documentation requirements, the application process, and coordination with the Embassy.
We guide members through the Rwandan passport application and renewal process from Melbourne — including documents required, how to coordinate with the Rwandan Embassy in Singapore, and timelines to expect.
